The Corporate Institute in Delhi is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager – SME Banking to manage and grow a portfolio of SME clients. You will focus on client acquisition, portfolio development, and delivering tailored banking solutions.
The role requires building relationships with promoters and CFOs, driving cross-sell opportunities, coordinating with Credit and Risk teams, and ensuring KYC and compliance while achieving revenue and portfolio growth targets.
We are looking for experienced Relationship Managers – SME Banking to manage and grow relationships with Small and Medium Enterprise clients. The role involves client acquisition, portfolio management, business development and delivering comprehensive banking solutions to SME customers.
– Manage and grow a portfolio of SME clients.
– Acquire new SME relationships through direct sourcing, market mapping, referrals and existing networks.
– Develop a strong understanding of clients’ businesses, financial requirements and banking needs.
– Drive business across Working Capital, Term Loans, Trade Finance, Cash Management and other banking products.
– Build and maintain relationships with promoters, business owners, CFOs and key decision-makers.
– Identify opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell across the bank’s product suite.
– Conduct regular client meetings and proactively identify opportunities for portfolio deepening.
– Coordinate with Credit, Risk, Operations, Product and other internal teams for timely processing and execution.
– Ensure quality of sourcing and adherence to the bank’s credit, risk, compliance and KYC guidelines.
– Monitor portfolio performance, customer profitability and overall relationship health.
– Track market developments and identify new business opportunities within the assigned market.
– Achieve assigned business, revenue, acquisition and portfolio growth targets.
