Job summary

Aptia India delivers client centric services to the business globally. The Analyst role supports client implementation and delivery by resolving participant-level issues and executing client-specific processes in Gurugram.

We are seeking a candidate with 1–3 years in Benefits Administration or related operations, strong detail orientation, and proficiency with MS Office and workflow tools. This position is based in Gurugram and offers growth opportunities within Aptia.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1–3 years in Benefits Administration or related operations role.
  • Familiarity with benefits regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and workflow tools.
  • Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve Tier 2 participant issues and manage participant logs.
  • Execute client-specific processes (premium remittance, open enrollment, carrier/vendor processing).
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in workflow tools.
  • Create and execute test plans for new client implementations, open enrollment changes and product upgrades.
  • Monitor SLA adherence and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support audits, renewals, and special projects as needed.
  • Work with Lead Analysts and Coordinators to ensure smooth delivery and client health.
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately and assist in remediation plans.

Role Summary
