About Aptia

We are expanding our team. The Wealth Delivery - Pension Fund Accounting process is seeking a candidate for the position based in Gurgaon/Mumbai.

Senior Analyst (B2)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage daily work and deliver schemes
• Communicate with onshore business partners verbally and in writing
• Prepare accounts, reconciliations, analysis, and reports independently
• Ensure compliance with internal and client policies
• Provide timely updates to Account Managers and onshore teams
• Drive process improvements
• Coordinate with onshore teams and external agencies for fund accounting activities

Note: Applicants should be flexible to work in shifts.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Knowledge of accounts and reconciliations preferred
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and be a self-starter
• 1-2 years of accounting experience

Education:

• Graduate with a commerce background or higher
