Job summary

Randstad seeks a customer-focused Policy Advisor to help clients navigate health and motor insurance options in Bengaluru. You will act as a trusted consultant, understand customer needs, simplify plans, and provide clear recommendations without high-pressure tactics.

You will consult with customers to assess coverage, budget, and lifestyle, compare plans, and educate buyers clearly while adhering to IRDAI guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1 to 4 years of experience in consultative sales, customer service, or advisory roles.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Backgrounds in Hospitality, Retail Sales, Banking, EdTech, or Financial Services are highly preferred.
• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Psychology, Mass Comm, or related fields.
