Job summary

VOICES OF IMPACT with Arjun Mirani is seeking a Podcast Videographer & Studio Incharge for Ahmedabad. Full-time on-site role; you’ll shoot episodes for the Voices of Impact podcast using a Sony a7 IV, set up the full studio before shoots and monitor cameras and audio live.

You’ll manage client shoots end-to-end, help grow the studio’s Instagram with BTS content, and may travel occasionally with the host for outstation shoots. Basic Premiere Pro skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year videography experience.
• Experience operating a Sony mirrorless camera—Sony a7 IV series preferred.
• Knowledge of studio lighting setups and aesthetic framing.
• Can set up and manage a complete studio floor independently.

Responsibilities

• Shoot episodes for the Voices of Impact podcast and in-studio content.
• Set up full studio before shoots — cameras, lights, mics, props.
• Monitor cameras and audio live, including live switching.
• Manage client shoots end-to-end from inquiries to execution.
• Grow the studio’s Instagram with BTS content and shoot breakdowns ( collaborate with Social Media Coordinator ).
• Occasional travel with the host for outstation shoots in India.

Role Description

Hiring: Immediately

This is a full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad for a Podcast Videographer & Studio Incharge.

Your responsibility is shooting episodes for the Voices of Impact podcast and all in-studio content on our Sony a7 IV. Before every shoot, you set up the full studio — cameras, lights, mics, and props. During recordings, you monitor cameras and audio live, including live camera switching. You’ll also manage client shoots end to end — from booking inquiries to executing them on the day. You’ll get the privilage of building and growing the studio’s Instagram page in collaboration with our Social Media Coordinator with BTS content and shoot breakdowns - a part that directly rewards your creativity. Basic Premiere Pro workflow knowledge — cuts, camera switching, etc - is a plus. An opportunity for occasional travel with the host for outstation shoots to record top-tier guests in India.

Qualifications

Must Have:

• Minimum 6 Months to 1 Year of Videography experience.
• Experience of operating a Sony mirrorless camera — Sony a7 IV series experience preferred
• Knowledge of studio lighting setups and aesthetic framing
• Can set up and manage a complete studio floor independently

Great to Have:

• 1 x Set of your own camera kit (Sony camera + Zoom lens) of similar quality.

Optional:

• Prior experience of shooting podcasts, interviews, or talking-head content
• Understands S-Log shooting and its role in colour grading
• Working knowledge of Premiere Pro — basic level is absolutely fine
• Familiarity with audio recording equipments
