Job summary

Iravaa Media, a new generation media company, seeks a full-time video editor to craft story-led content for in-house pages and client brands from Navrangpura, Ahmedabad. You will handle the entire edit process, including cuts, pacing, sound design, text, colour, and final export, ensuring top quality under tight deadlines.

The role requires hands-on command of Adobe Creative Cloud and Premiere Pro, a strong sense of pacing and storytelling, and a portfolio or showreel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional video editing experience with verifiable work history.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Premiere Pro.
• Must own a personal editing setup and capable of handling heavy timelines.
• Portfolio or showreel required.

Responsibilities

• Edit short form and long form content for our in house pages and client brands
• Take a brief and turn it around fast, without the quality dropping
• Own the full edit from start to finish: cuts, pacing, sound design, text, colour and final export
• Maintain consistency in style and quality across every video that goes out
• Manage multiple projects at once and hit deadlines without follow ups
• Work directly with the founders, with immediate feedback and quick iteration
• Keep your project files, footage and exports organised and ready to hand off

Iravaa Media is a new generation media company. We build story led content for a fast paced internet, for our own in house pages and for founders and brands building their presence online. Our output is high and our standards are higher, which means the editor's chair here is not a background job. It is the chair everything passes through.

• Edit short form and long form content for our in house pages and client brands


• Take a brief and turn it around fast, without the quality dropping


• Own the full edit from start to finish: cuts, pacing, sound design, text, colour and final export


• Maintain consistency in style and quality across every video that goes out


• Manage multiple projects at once and hit deadlines without follow ups


• Work directly with the founders, with immediate feedback and quick iteration


• Keep your project files, footage and exports organised and ready to hand off

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 1 year of professional video editing experience with verifiable work history


• Complete hands on command of Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Premiere Pro in particular, along with the other editing tools you work in


• Owns a personal editing setup, laptop preferred, capable of handling heavy timelines without slowing down


• Genuinely fast at the desk. Not rushed work, but fast work that is still clean


• Strong sense of pacing, sound and storytelling, and an understanding of what makes a viewer stay


• Comfortable working full time from our Navrangpura office, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM


• Must share a portfolio or showreel. Applications without work samples will not be reviewed
