Job summary

City Innovates in Gurgaon is seeking a hands-on videographer to capture podcasts, interviews, reels, and campaigns in-office. You should know your camera, lighting, and composition and be ready to turn ideas into watch-worthy content.

You will own the camera setup from framing to audio, work closely with the creative team from concept through final output, and experiment with AI tools and new formats to push production workflows forward.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of hands-on videography and content production experience.
• Strong knowledge of cameras, lenses, lighting and sound.
• Sharp eye for visuals, composition and storytelling.
• Portfolio that demonstrates videography work and storytelling.
• Experience shooting podcasts or interviews is a plus.

If you know your camera, lighting and composition, can turn a podcast into something people actually want to watch, and love experimenting with AI + new-age content tools, you might be our person.

What youll do:

• Shoot podcasts, interviews, reels, campaigns & everything in between.
• Own the camera - framing, lighting, audio, setup and on-ground execution.
• Turn creative ideas into visually compelling content.
• Work closely with the creative team from concept shoot final output.
• Experiment with AI tools, new formats and smarter production workflows.
• Keep up with what's trending - and occasionally create the trend.

You should have:

• 1-5 years of hands-on videography/content production experience.
• Strong knowledge of cameras, lenses, lighting & sound.
• A sharp eye for visuals, composition and storytelling.
• Experience shooting podcasts/interviews is a big plus.
• Familiarity with editing software + AI creative tools.
• A portfolio that makes us go, "Okay, we need to meet this person".
