Job summary

ICF in India seeks a senior Programme Manager to lead the Programme Management Unit (PMU) for renewable energy initiatives. You will act as the primary client interface and guide governance, planning and timely delivery of complex schemes.

You will coordinate multiple workstreams across finance, MIS, and risk management, maintain dashboards, and provide strategic recommendations to enable informed decisions and issue resolution. This role demands strong leadership and stakeholder management.

• Strong experience in governance, project management, and large-scale scheme implementation.
• Proven ability to manage senior government, PSU, and multi-stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-support capabilities.
• Strong report writing, presentation development, and executive communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver high-quality outputs in complex environments.
