Job summary

DSIJ Wealth Advisory, the PMS division of DSIJ, seeks a detail-oriented PMS Operations Executive to manage end-to-end onboarding and servicing for PMS clients. The role requires coordinating with custodians, brokers, and internal teams to ensure accurate documentation, timely account activations, and compliant processes.

The candidate will handle KYC/CKYC, account opening, and operational MIS, while maintaining strong client relations with HNI clients.

Qualifications

• 26 years of relevant experience in PMS Operations, Wealth Management, Asset Management, Broking, Custody or Capital Markets Operations.
• Hands-on experience in PMS client onboarding and operations will be strongly preferred.
• Good understanding of KYC, CKYC/KRA, demat, banking and client documentation processes.
• Experience coordinating with custodians, brokers or other financial-market intermediaries.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation and follow-up skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with HNI clients.
• Ability to manage multiple client cases and operational requirements simultaneously.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and operational MIS/reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end PMS client onboarding and account activation.
• Collect, verify and process KYC, CKYC/KRA, PMS agreements and account opening documentation.
• Pre-fill and review client forms and ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation.
• Coordinate with custodians, brokers and other market intermediaries for account opening and operational requirements.
• Coordinate fund and securities transfers and follow up on pending operational requirements.
• Act as an operational point of contact for clients during onboarding and ongoing servicing.
• Handle additional investments, withdrawals/redemptions, client modifications, statements and other PMS service requests.
• Maintain client records, operational trackers and MIS.
• Coordinate with Portfolio Management, Compliance, Finance and Dealing teams.
• Ensure timely closure of pending cases and maintain proper operational records for audit and compliance.
• Support development and improvement of SOPs, checklists and operational processes.
