Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day PMS back-office functionalities.
Ensure error-free execution of financial transactions.
Maintain control over period reconciliations.
Handhold the team wherever required.
Handle escalated matters with related teams.
Coordinate with various teams for smooth workflows.
Ensure regulatory compliance and timely submissions.
Proactively manage debit balance clearance and avoid excess fund transfers.
Share period MIS with management summarizing activities.
Maintain strict control to prevent execution errors.
Ensure regulatory reports are verified and submitted on time.
Take ownership, prepare order files, and double-check before placing orders.
Monitor and improve operational efficiency and accuracy.
Prepare and review financial and operational reports.
Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Implement and manage operational controls and procedures.
Oversee documentation and record-keeping for transactions.
Provide training and support to junior members.

Job Description:

To oversee day-to-day PMS back-office functionalities
To ensure error free execution of financial transactions
To keep control on period reconciliations
To handhold the team wherever required
To handle escalated matters in co-ordination with related team members
To co-ordinate with various teams to facilitate smooth operational workflows
To take care of regulatory related requirements
To pro-actively take charge of debit balance clearance
To ensure no excess fund transfers to the investors
To share period MIS with management giving overview of back-office activities
To hand good control to ensure ZERO execution errors
To ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
To ensure regulatory reports are thoroughly verified & submitted within the timelines
To have pro-active approach
To take ownership & responsibilities, prepare order files and double check before placing the orders
