Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day PMS back-office functionalities
Ensure error free execution of financial transactions
Keep control on period reconciliations
Handhold the team wherever required
Handle escalated matters in coordination with related team members
Coordinate with various teams to facilitate smooth operational workflows
Take care of regulatory related requirements
Proactively take charge of debit balance clearance
Ensure no excess fund transfers to the investors
Share period MIS with management giving overview of back-office activities
Hand good control to ensure ZERO execution errors
Ensure regulatory and legal compliance
Regulatory reports thoroughly verified & submitted within timelines
Pro-active approach
Take ownership & responsibilities, prepare order files and double check before placing the orders
Monitor and improve operational efficiency and accuracy
Prepare and review financial and operational reports
Handle client inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly
Implement and manage operational controls and procedures
Oversee documentation and record-keeping for all transactions
Provide training and support to junior team members
