Qualifications

Degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Relevant PMS back office experience.
In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
Proven track record of managing operational teams.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day PMS back-office functionalities.
Ensure error-free execution of financial transactions.
Maintain control over period reconciliations.
Provide guidance and support to the team as needed.
Handle escalated matters in coordination with related team members.
Coordinate with various teams to facilitate smooth operational workflows.
Take care of regulatory-related requirements.
Proactively take charge of debit balance clearance.
Ensure no excess fund transfers to investors.
Share period MIS with management providing overview of back-office activities.
Maintain strict control to ensure zero execution errors.
Ensure regulatory compliance and timely submission of reports.
Adopt proactive approach and take ownership of tasks.
Prepare order files and double-check before placing orders.
Monitor and improve operational efficiency and accuracy.
Prepare and review financial and operational reports.
Address client inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly.
Implement and manage operational controls and procedures.
Oversee documentation and record-keeping for all transactions.
Provide training and support to junior team members.

Job Description:

To oversee day-to-day PMS back-office functionalities
To ensure error free execution of financial transactions
To keep control on period reconciliations
To handhold the team wherever required
To handle escalated matters in co-ordination with related team members
To co-ordinate with various teams to facilitate smooth operational workflows
To take care of regulatory related requirements
To pro-actively take charge of debit balance clearance
To ensure no excess fund transfers to the investors
