Job summary

Capco is seeking a PMO Support resource to provide project coordination, governance, and reporting support for the Risk Uplift & Remediation workstream within the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) program. You will help ensure planning, tracking, and delivery aligned with governance standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining plans and RAID logs, producing status reports and governance packs, tracking milestones, and supporting meetings with agenda and minutes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a PMO, project coordination, or program support role within a change or transformation environment.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience supporting governance, reporting, RAID management, and project planning activities.
• Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
• Experience within risk, remediation, regulatory change, or Third-Party Risk Management programmes is desirable.
