Job summary

Hexaware Technologies in Navi Mumbai seeks a PMO - Team Lead to manage and analyze business data, build dashboards, and automate recurring MIS reporting to support operational and strategic decisions.

You will own large Excel-based workflows, drive KPI tracking, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure data accuracy and governance while delivering timely insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of MIS reporting, business analytics, or data management.
• Hands-on experience handling large datasets.
• Proven expertise in advanced Excel and dashboard creation.
• Experience in Power BI and SQL will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and automate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Analyze large datasets and generate actionable business insights.
• Develop and maintain management dashboards and performance trackers.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure data accuracy.
• Create reports for leadership reviews, business presentations, and governance meetings.
• Track KPIs and business metrics and identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
• Automate repetitive reporting activities using advanced Excel features.
• Support stakeholders with ad-hoc reports and analytical requirements.
• Coordinate with business teams to understand reporting needs and deliver timely MIS solutions.
• Maintain data confidentiality and reporting governance standards.

Experience

Job Purpose

The Lead will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and presenting business data to support operational and strategic decision-making. The role requires advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MIS reporting, data analysis, dashboard creation, and automation of recurring reports.
