Job summary

Choice International in Mumbai is seeking an MIS Executive to support the Wealth Management team through accurate reporting, data analysis, and timely preparation of management reports.

The role includes preparing daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports, tracking AUM and revenue, maintaining client and portfolio data, and building dashboards for senior management review. A commerce/finance graduate with 1–3 years in MIS or analytics is preferred, with strong Excel skills and Power BI familiarity.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of MIS, Reporting, Analytics, or Operations experience, preferably in Wealth Management/Financial Services.
• Strong MS Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for the Wealth Management team.
• Track and report AUM, revenue, client acquisition, business performance, targets, and achievement.
• Maintain databases of clients, RMs, portfolios, and business transactions.
• Prepare performance dashboards and management reports for senior management review.
• Track targets and highlight gaps against business objectives.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Generate ad-hoc reports and analytics as required by the Wealth team.
• Coordinate with RMs, Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders for data collection and validation.
• Identify data discrepancies and ensure timely correction.
• Maintain documentation and reporting records.

Candidate Profile

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data management.
• Good analytical and numerical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work with large datasets and meet strict reporting timelines.
• Knowledge of Power BI / dashboards will be an added advantage.
