Job summary

Flexing It is seeking a PMO Manager to provide end-to-end programme management support for an insurance transformation program. The role sits at the centre of multiple workstreams spanning business design, technology architecture, core platform implementation, cloud, data and operating-model development.

You will ensure momentum, enable timely decisions, and actively manage dependencies across client teams and partners, delivering executive-ready status and robust governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the integrated programme plan across business and technology workstreams.
• Drive day-to-day tracking of milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues and decisions.
• Run programme governance, including daily project-team stand-ups, weekly workstream reviews and Steering Committee preparation.
• Produce clear, concise status reporting and executive-ready materials for senior stakeholders.
• Maintain RAID logs, decision logs, action trackers and dependency maps; ensure timely follow-through.
• Coordinate delivery across the client, consulting team, system integrator, core insurance platform provider, hyperscaler and other specialist partners.
• Support prioritisation and sequencing of work, identifying potential schedule, resource and delivery risks early.
• Track vendor commitments, delivery progress and open commercial or operational dependencies.
• Support budget tracking, resource planning and mobilisation of new workstreams or team members.
• Bring structure and practical problem-solving to a rapidly evolving programme environment.

The successful candidate will ensure the programme maintains momentum, critical decisions are made promptly, and dependencies across client teams and external partners are actively managed.
