Job summary

Ziphertech is seeking a seasoned PMO and financial operations leader to oversee a large portfolio in Navi Mumbai. You will drive end-to-end resource planning, onboarding/offboarding, and revenue governance, ensuring accurate billing, AR, and audits.

You will collaborate with delivery, finance, and HR to balance demand and supply, optimize productivity, and improve profitability across projects. The ideal candidate has a track record in PMO, revenue governance, and P&L management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in PMO, revenue, P&L & financial ops.
• Experience in revenue governance (PPR, revenue, margin & profitability analysis).
• Experience in driving timesheet compliance, PM confirmations, T&B submission.
