Job description

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead/Project Manager with at least 10 years of experience in a banking technology environment. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on skills in managing stakeholders, mitigating risks and issues, and proposing alternative solutions to problem-solving. Experience with projects involving multiple interface systems is a plus. The candidate must be proficient in using JIRA and Confluence, and have hands-on skills in work-breakdown structure (WBS), excel data mining, and presenting options in PowerPoint. A Project Management Professional (PMP) or Professional Scrum Master I (PSM) certificate is a plus. The candidate must have experience in pulling information together, centralizing it, and driving stakeholders in decision-making. Knowledge in functional areas such as Payment and Loans or technical skills like architecture design and Java coding are advantageous. Experience in Test Management or Business Analytics is a plus. While core banking experience with either in-house or vendor packages is preferred, it is not mandatory. Experience with Temenos T24 is an advantage. The candidate must be based in Bangalore and visit the office at least twice a week.
