Job summary

PwC India is seeking a Senior Associate PMO - ERP Delivery Lead to oversee ERP delivery workstreams, govern project execution, and support planning and reporting across our Business Applications practice. You will guide junior team members, manage complex transformations, and align work across functional teams to deliver value for diverse clients.

The role emphasizes delivery leadership, cross-functional coordination, and a strong ERP testing mindset in a fast-paced consulting environment.

• Create/manage project plan, milestones, RAID, dependencies and governance cadence.
• Drive Agile/hybrid delivery: sprint/release planning, tracking and transparency along with ERP testing.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams: Functional, Technical, Data, Integration, Testing, Cutover, Change.
• Manage stakeholders, decisions and escalations; ensure readiness for SIT/UAT, defect triage, cutover planning and go-live support.
• Manage change requests and scope impacts, recommend trade-offs and mitigations.

As a PMO - ERP Delivery Lead you will oversee ERP delivery workstreams, coordinate project governance, and support the planning, tracking, and reporting needed to move complex transformation work forward within our Business Application Consulting practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex situations, manage assigned work, build meaningful client connections, guide junior team members, and bring critical thinking to ambiguous project demands while developing your own brand and technical skills. In this role at PwC, you will support delivery across business and supply chain operations initiatives, align work across functional and industry technology efforts, and help translate program objectives into clear actions that keep stakeholders informed and priorities moving.

Key Responsibilities

• Own delivery across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and outcomes
• Create/manage project plan, milestones, RAID , dependencies, and governance cadence (status reporting)
• Drive Agile / hybrid delivery : sprint/release planning, execution tracking, and delivery transparency along with ERP manual testing
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams: Functional, Technical, Data, Integration, Testing, Cutover, Change
• Manage stakeholders, decisions, and escalations, ensure clear communication and alignmentEnsure readiness for SIT/UAT , defect triage, cutover planning, and go-live support
• Manage change requests and scope impacts, recommend trade-offs and mitigation actions

Must-have Skills

• Strong client-facing delivery leadership and project management/Agile fundamentals
• Hands-on understanding of ERP implementation lifecycle (phase-gates, quality checkpoints, testing/cutover readiness) and ERP / SAP functional Testing
• Strong communication, risk management, and dependency management

Tools

• Jira/Azure DevOps (preferred), MS Project/Smartsheet, Confluence/SharePoint, Excel/PowerPoint

Nice-to-have

• SAFe/Scrum experience, PMP/CSM/SAFe certifications, exposure to regulated delivery (esp. Pharma)
• ERP / SAP basic Testing certification
