Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a PMO‑Senior Associate to oversee large‑scale SAP implementation projects, shaping objectives, plans and resource allocation with business leaders and technical teams.

In this role you will coordinate multiple projects across advisory and business services, apply agile methods, drive benefits realization, and develop compelling business cases to maximize project value.

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

As a PMO‑ Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing large‑scale SAP implementation projects, working closely with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define objectives, develop plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress. Within our Advisory ‑ Other practice, you will be at the forefront of helping clients optimize operational efficiency through business application consulting, analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear.
