Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a Senior Associate to lead ERP delivery workstreams and coordinate cross-functional teams across advisory, assurance, tax and business services. You will guide delivery, monitor milestones, and drive risk management in a hybrid/ERP environment.

You will partner with client service teams, mentor junior members, and ensure readiness for SIT/UAT, cutover, and go-live, while upholding PwC quality standards and collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading ERP delivery projects and client-facing engagements.
• Knowledge of ERP implementation lifecycle, phase-gates, quality checkpoints, testing/cutover readiness.
• Strong communication, risk and dependency management skills.
• Experience with Agile/hybrid delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and outcomes
• Create/manage project plan, milestones, RAID, dependencies, and governance cadence (status reporting)
• Drive Agile / hybrid delivery: sprint/release planning, execution tracking, and delivery transparency along with ERP manual testing
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams: Functional, Technical, Data, Integration, Testing, Cutover, Change
• Manage stakeholders, decisions, and escalations, ensure clear communication and alignment
• Ensure readiness for SIT/UAT, defect triage, cutover planning, and go-live support
• Manage change requests and scope impacts, recommend trade-offs and mitigation actions

As a PMO - ERP Delivery Lead you will guide ERP delivery workstreams, coordinate project plans, track dependencies, and help drive communication across client service teams within our Business Application Consulting practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex issues, manage assigned workstreams, build meaningful client connections, and mentor junior team members while using critical thinking to navigate ambiguity and support delivery across field service and operations modernization efforts. In this role at PwC, you will bring structure to delivery activities, monitor milestones and risks, interpret feedback from stakeholders, and support the broader program through clear reporting, thoughtful problem-solving, and steady follow-through.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on understanding of ERP implementation lifecycle (phase-gates, quality checkpoints, testing/cutover readiness) and ERP / SAP functional Testing


• Strong communication, risk management, and dependency management

• Jira/Azure DevOps (preferred), MS Project/Smartsheet, Confluence/SharePoint, Excel/PowerPoint

Nice-to-have

• SAFe/Scrum experience, PMP/CSM/SAFe certifications, exposure to regulated delivery (esp. Pharma)
