TransOrg is seeking an Analytics Manager in Mumbai to lead client relationships, define analytics strategy, and drive data-driven decisions across projects. The role requires strong business acumen, deep analytics expertise, and leadership capabilities.

You will oversee cross-functional teams, shape analytics roadmaps, and collaborate with clients to deliver measurable outcomes and innovation in AI/ML applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in BE/BTech/BSc Statistics/Math/Economics.
• Masters in business management is a plus.
• 4–8 years of relevant work experience in analytics.
• Experience in analytics domain is a plus.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship & Growth: Responsible for activation, retention, minimizing risk, and maximizing revenue opportunities for assigned clients. Cultivate and grow relationships with key decision makers, identify opportunities, and ensure client needs, KPIs, and business requirements are consistently met with measurable value delivered at every touch point.
• Analytics & Strategy: Responsible for analysing and interpreting data, while translating complex concepts into clear, actionable insights for clients. Define and implement the overall analytics strategy in line with business goals and contribute to business development by delivering analytics-driven recommendations and solutions.
• Account & Project Management: Act as the primary client contact, accountable for deliverables, issue resolution, and escalation. Oversee project timelines, establish early-warning systems, and develop work-around strategies to ensure on-time delivery. Plan and execute projects by defining objectives, scoping requirements, creating project plans, and aligning resources. Ensure complete project documentation, provide full visibility of status to stakeholders, and communicate initiatives and progress to senior management.
• Leadership & Team Development: Provide leadership,guidance, and motivation to team members, coaching them to achieve optimum performance and career growth. Participate in recruitment and hiring, identify talent gaps, promote skill development, and encourage innovation and research. Conduct regular feedback and performance evaluations, while creating opportunities for professional advancement.
• Data & Innovation: Identify data trends to drive optimization strategies. Collaborate with subject matter experts and clients to define and execute high-potential use cases, prototypes, and proofs of concept. Manage and grow a team of data scientists, strengthening capabilities in AI and ML. Stay current with the latest AI advancements, industry trends, and research, fostering innovation within the team to explore new applications.
