Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design (preferred) or in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Upto 4 years of experience in PMO, program management, operations, or a similar coordination-focused role.
- Strong project coordination, planning, and tracking skills.
Responsibilities
- Support budgeting, expenses, approvals, contracts, and administrative processes for DISCO.
- Coordinate with functional heads and teams to drive smooth execution of initiatives.
- Manage calendars, meetings, and internal/external collaborations.
- Drive cultural initiatives, ideation sessions, and team engagement activities.
- Support ecosystem outreach with industries, organizations, and universities.
- Manage social media, PR, awards, and external communications.
- Track projects, timelines, and deliverables, sharing regular updates.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and leadership updates.
- Measure impact and strategic value of DISCO initiatives.
- Maintain documentation and knowledge repositories.
