Job summary

Genpact Ltd. is seeking a results-driven PMO professional in Bengaluru to drive governance, plan milestones, and ensure project artifacts are complete and accurate. You will collaborate with PMs to capture requirements, review test plans, and monitor performance parameters before go-live.

The role emphasizes rigorous documentation, lifecycle reviews, and proactive communication with stakeholders to continuously improve project outcomes and delivery speed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degrees in commerce, economics, or finance are required.
• MBA or related master's degree is preferred.
• PMI Project Management Professional certification is required.
• Experience with Agile and SAFe methodologies is essential.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate projects from a technical perspective as part of PMO.
• Document BRD and RTM properly.
• Analyze unit test cases for sufficiency and completeness.
• Analyze UAT test cases for sufficiency and completeness.
• Analyze QA test cases for sufficiency and completeness.
• Drive accurate impact analysis and capture requirements.
• Ensure bugs are resolved before moving to Prod.
• Ensure application meets performance parameters before going live.
• Conduct project review meetings with PMs.
• Drive project governance and learnings documentation.
• Provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
