Qualificações

• Bachelor's degrees in Commerce, Economics or Finance; MBA and MBA Analytics.
• MBA and MBA Analytics are common qualifications for leadership in delivery management.
• Strong foundation in Agile, SAFe, and project governance requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate, facilitate, and lead the scrum team through sprints.
• Organize and run sprint planning sessions.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint demos, and decision-making processes.
• Plan and prioritize sprints/releases; maintain cadence of ceremonies.
• Track progress with Agile metrics and ensure continuous improvement.
• Coordinate across teams and resolve issues; ensure product owner alignment.
• Maintain inputs on Azure DevBoards with accuracy for audits.
