Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in License Management.
• Strong skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint for executive reporting.
• Experience creating PSR, TPS, and PO and end-to-end license management in Qlik.
• Ability to define standards, govern project processes, and track timelines.
• Excellent presentation and dashboard development skills for senior leaders.
• Knowledge of PMO roles and project lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Set standards for how projects are run and define governance.
• Coordinate with PMO leads on onboarding/offboarding resources.
• Track and review software licenses and allocations.
• Review budgets for new resource requests, renewals, and replacements.
• Communicate pre-scope project plans to stakeholders with responsibilities.
• Ensure resources book timesheets per allocations.
• Track deadlines, deliverables, resources and timelines.
• Ensure documentation and project plans are updated and available for teams.
• Analyze incoming data and organize it for easy access.
• Describe role responsibilities and add value through staff knowledge.
• Define and update PMO processes, standards, governance, and quality reviews.
• Manage Lessons Learned repository and post-project reviews.
• Evolve processes and templates throughout lifecycle.
• Implement project standards across all portfolio projects.
• Prepare consolidated material from project reports for monthly review.
• Manage portfolio benefits register and track realization.
• Coordinate publication, review and sign-off of major PM deliverables.

• Should have good knowledge on MS Excel.
• Must have 3+ years of experience on License Management. Should be able to create PSR,TPS,PO,Contract Dual sign off and manage end to end Qlik license management.
• Strong presentation skills using PowerPoint and dashboards for executive reports and outward presentations.
• Set standards for how projects are run, Responsible for defining standards and executing tasks associated with managing projects.
• Must understand the roles and responsibilities of the PMO in developing, executing and managing project plans.
• Coordinate with leads in PMO in onboarding/off boarding resources.
• Track and review software licenses and their allocations as per requirements.
• Must review allocation of budgets for new resources requests/renewals/replacements.
• Ensuring pre-scope project plan is communicated to all project stakeholders together with their individual responsibilities.
• Ensure resources are booking timesheets as per allocations.

• Work with project teams to ensure documentation, supporting materials, and project plans are updated and readily available for internal teams and senior leaders.

• Define & update the project management processes, standards and governance, contributing to Quality Reviews, and co-ordinating activities in support of quality objectives.
• Manage programme level Lessons Learned repository; attend Post Project Review meetings to identify key areas of improvement to be captured into the Lessons Learnt repository.
• Continue to evolve the processes and templates throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement project standards across all projects in the portfolio.
• Prepare consolidated material from project reports for monthly review as required.
• Manage the portfolio-level benefits register, ensuring that all benefits are planned, monitored and benefits realisation is tracked.
• Co-ordination of publication, review and sign-off of major Project Management deliverables
• Ensuring project plans are created and maintained, deliverables tracked against time and cost, and resource utilisation is monitored.
• Monitoring and reporting on progress of the project to the Project Board and all stakeholders.
• Adheres to Corporate Policies and Procedures, including Code of Conduct, Audit Procedures and any control related responsibility for financial data entered, stored, or reported via business systems within employees control.
• Providing both verbal and written communications regarding project status, risks and issues.
