Kent Constructions Pvt. Ltd. in India is seeking a experienced Plumbing Supervisor to oversee daily plumbing activities on site, including installation, testing, and repair of water supply and drainage systems.

The role requires coordinating with project managers and engineers, inspecting work against specifications, maintaining records, managing materials and tools, and ensuring safety and quality across all plumbing operations.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in plumbing work or 3 year plumbing work supervision experience
• Additional certification in plumbing safety or similar qualifications is preferred
• Experience in supervising teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plumbing activities including installation, testing, and repair of water supply and drainage systems
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety protocols
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other site supervisors for seamless integration of plumbing work
• Maintain accurate records of plumbing work including inspections, materials used, and labor hours
• Monitor usage of plumbing materials and equipment to ensure efficient resource utilization
• Order necessary supplies and materials to avoid project delays
• Ensure plumbing tools and equipment are properly maintained and in good working condition

Supervision and Management:Oversee daily plumbing activities, including the installation, testing, and repair of water supply, drainage, and other plumbing systems.Conduct regular inspections to ensure plumbing work complies with project specifications, industry standards, and safety protocols.Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the plumbing work.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other site supervisors to ensure seamless integration of plumbing work with other trades.Maintain accurate records of all plumbing work including inspections, materials used, and labor hours.Monitor the usage of plumbing materials and equipment, ensuring efficient resource utilization.Order necessary supplies and materials to avoid project delays.Check the material qty required for workcheck the material wastageEnsure that all plumbing tools and equipment are properly maintained and in good working condition.
