Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural and civil working drawings in AutoCAD.
• Create RCC drawings with footing, columns, beams, slabs and stairs.
• Prepare setting-out, centre-lines, and foundation drawings.
• Produce floor plans, elevations, sections and construction details.
• Prepare door/window schedules, toilet and staircase details.
• Detail masonry, flooring, waterproofing and finishing.
• Coordinate drawings with structural and MEP teams.
• Incorporate revisions per architect/engineer/site requirements.
• Check dimensions, levels, grid lines and drawing consistency.
• Prepare GFC drawings and maintain revisions.
• Support site teams with construction details and clarifications.
• Ensure drawings follow standards and site execution requirements.

Role & responsibilities

• Preparation of detailed architectural and civil working drawings in AutoCAD.
• Preparation of RCC drawings including footing, column, beam, slab and staircase details.
• Preparing setting-out, centre-line and foundation drawings.
• Preparation of floor plans, elevations, sections and construction details.
• Preparing door-window schedules, toilet details and staircase details.
• Preparation of masonry, flooring, waterproofing and finishing details.
• Coordinating architectural drawings with structural and MEP drawings.
• Incorporating revisions as per architect/structural engineer/site requirements.
• Checking dimensions, levels, grid lines and drawing consistency before issue.
• Preparing Good for Construction (GFC) drawings and maintaining drawing revisions.
• Supporting site teams with required construction details and drawing clarifications.
• Ensuring drawings follow relevant standards, specifications and practical site execution requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma/ITI in Civil Engineering or Draughtsman Civil.
• 26 years of relevant experience in civil building and RCC working drawings.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Good understanding of architectural, structural and construction drawings.
• Experience in preparing GFC drawings, RCC details, sections, elevations and schedules.
• Ability to coordinate with architects, structural engineers and site teams.
• Good knowledge of dimensions, levels, reinforcement detailing and construction practices.
• Ability to work independently with accuracy and meet project deadlines.
• Candidates with experience in building projects, institutional, commercial or government works will be preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and drawing management skills.
