Job summary

JCI is seeking a PLM Solution Developer in Pune, India to guide PLM initiatives from ideation to production. You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing and IT teams to implement PLM strategies that improve product development efficiency.

The role requires 7–12 years of PLM or related experience, strong knowledge of Windchill/Teamcenter, and ERP familiarity (SAP). A Bachelor's or higher degree is required; both leadership and clear communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience in PLM or product development.
• Proven PLM implementation and management in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Windchill or Teamcenter PLM tools.

What you will do:

As a PLM Solution Developer, you will be responsible for guiding the direction and execution of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions.
