Job summary

Infosys Limited in Bengaluru is seeking a PLM Windchill Consultant with 9+ years of Windchill PLM experience to lead end-to-end implementations, drive solution architecture, design, and deployment initiatives, and collaborate with business stakeholders to define PLM roadmaps.

You will configure Windchill modules, develop workflows, manage BOMs and document control, and lead integrations with ERP, SAP, MES, CAD, and other enterprise apps.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of Windchill PLM experience
• Experience in Windchill PDMLink, Change Management, and Workflow Management
• Experience in Windchill customization using Java, JSP, JavaScript, XML and APIs
• Hands-on with InfoEngine, Business Rules, and Windchill Administration
• Deep understanding of PLM and PDM concepts
• Experience integrating Windchill with SAP, Oracle, ERP, and MES
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Drive PLM solution architecture, design, and deployment initiatives.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define PLM roadmaps.
• Configure and customize Windchill modules based on business requirements.
• Design and implement workflows, lifecycles, change management, and release processes.
• Lead integration of Windchill with ERP, SAP, MES, CAD, and other enterprise applications.
• Manage product structures, BOMs, part management, document management, and configuration management.
• Oversee Windchill upgrades, migrations, and platform modernization activities.
• Develop custom solutions using Java, Windchill APIs, Info*Engine, REST/SOAP Services, and web technologies.
• Perform system performance tuning, troubleshooting, and governance activities.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide technical leadership.
• Support global engineering, manufacturing, and product development teams.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best PLM practices.

Additional Responsibilities

• Experience with MPMLink, ProjectLink, Creo View, and ThingWorx.
• Exposure to cloud migration and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience in manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, industrial equipment, or medical device domains.
• Agile/Scrum project experience.
• PLM Windchill Certification is highly preferred.

Technical and Professional Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in Windchill PLM.
• Strong expertise in Windchill PDMLink, Change Management, and Workflow Management.
• Experience in Windchill customization using Java, JSP, JavaScript, XML, and APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Info*Engine, Business Rules, and Windchill Administration.
• Deep understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Product Data Management (PDM).
• Experience in BOM Management, Configuration Management, and Document Control.
• Knowledge of Creo Integration and CAD Data Management.
• Experience integrating Windchill with SAP, Oracle, ERP, and MES systems.
• Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL.
• Experience in solution architecture and enterprise-scale PLM implementations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
