Pratiti Technologies in India seeks a Senior Technology Lead to spearhead PLM solution designing and presales. You will bridge technical delivery with business development, architect scalable PLM solutions, and shape client roadmaps.

With 10–12 years of PLM experience, you will drive technical workshops, map as-is to to-be architectures, mentor junior leads, and support sales with high-impact demos and PoCs.

Qualifications

• Deep PLM knowledge with Change Management, BOM, CAD integration, and Document Management.
• End-to-end enterprise software solution design, system integration, and data migrations.
• Presales experience: writing technical proposals, defining scope, bid participation.

Detailed Job description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technology Lead to spearhead our PLM Solution Designing and Presales division. In this role, you will be the bridge between technical execution and business development, architecting robust PLM solutions that address complex client requirements. With 10 to 12 years of experience, you will leverage your deep product lifecycle management expertise to drive technical workshops, design scalable blueprints, and support the sales team in winning new business.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect scalable PLM solutions that align with client business strategies, engineering workflows, and IT landscapes.
• Define enterprise-level blueprints, data models, integration workflows, and migration strategies for complex PLM deployments.
• Evaluate client requirements to translate ambiguous business challenges into structured, high-value technical architectures.

Presales & Business Development Support

• Lead technical presales activities, including responding to RFPs, RFIs, and conceptualizing Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
• Deliver high-impact technical presentations and product demonstrations to C-level executives and key stakeholders.
• Estimate project sizing, resource allocation, timelines, and Statement of Work (SoW) creation in collaboration with delivery teams.

Technical Leadership & Client Advisory

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through digital transformation and PLM best practices.
• Conduct technical workshops and discovery sessions to map out client "as-is" and "to-be" technical states.
• Mentor and guide junior technical leads and solution architects on industry standards and design methodologies.

Skill Requirements

Mandatory Skills

• Product Lifecycle Management (PLM): Deep conceptual and architectural understanding of core PLM processes (Change Management, BOM Management, CAD Integration, Document Management).
• Solution Designing & Architecture: Proven track record of designing end-to-end enterprise software solutions, system integrations, and data migrations.
• Presales Expertise: Strong experience in writing technical proposals, defining scope, and participating in competitive bidding processes.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Siemens Teamcenter: Hands-on architectural or implementation experience with Siemens Teamcenter (Active Workspace, BMIDE, Workflow configuration).
• CAD Tools & Integrations: Familiarity with major CAD environments (e.g., NX, Creo, CATIA, SolidWorks) and their integration with PLM systems.
• Alternative PLM Packages: Knowledge of other industry-leading PLM suites such as PTC Windchill, Dassault Enovia (3DEXPERIENCE), or Aras Innovator.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with an ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business audiences.
