Job summary

Mahasurya Ventures India in Pune seeks an automation professional to lead PLC programming and control system design projects.

You will develop HMI templates, configure servo drives and VFDs, and ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget, coordinating with cross-functional teams. Experience with third-party blocks (Vision/Leak Test/Press) and MES/SCADA interfacing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in automation projects with PLC programming and electrical design/network architecture.
• Knowledge of communication protocols and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead PLC programming and electrical design for automation projects.
• Create and maintain HMI templates for control systems.
• Configure servo drives and VFDs to meet project specs.
• Develop third-party blocks for Vision, Leak Test, and Press applications.
• Interface MES/SCADA systems with existing processes.
• Prepare and maintain flowcharts and project schedules.
