Responsibilities

• Develop and program PLC logic using Schneider TIA Portal / Step 7
• Configure and commission Schneider PLCs (S7-1200, S7-1500)
• Perform servo and stepper motor synchronization (multi-axis motion control)
• Integrate drives (VFDs), servo systems, and motion controllers
• Electrical panel wiring review and on-site troubleshooting
• Develop HMI screens using Siemens WinCC
• Integrate industrial robots with PLC systems (Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus)
• Commission SPM automation lines at customer site
• Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and optimize cycle time
• Coordinate with mechanical & robotics teams for complete automation solutions
