Job summary

SPERTON CONSULTING is urgently seeking a PLC Engineer (Mitsubishi PLC) for Chennai to design, develop, and commission automation systems. The role requires hands-on PLC programming, HMI interfaces, and robust control logic to ensure seamless data exchange and safe operation.

The candidate should have a Diploma or engineering degree in Electrical or Robotics/Automation with experience in automation line commissioning and servo/inverter safety, IO linking, and system interworking capabilities.

Qualifications

• Exp in develop & setting up the G-Mans PLC program.
• User interface (HMI) creation & data collection system interworking capability.
• PLC control & circuit design capability.
• Exp automation line commissioning.
• Servo/Inverter/Safety/IO LINK Control Practice

Responsibilities

• Develop and set up Mitsubishi PLC programs for production lines.
• Create user interfaces and ensure data interworking with PLC systems.
• Design PLC control circuits and verify safety and IO link integration.
• Commission and validate automation lines in a manufacturing setup.
