Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Bengaluru seeks an experienced QA automation engineer to design, build, and maintain automated test solutions for web applications and APIs using Playwright. You will create robust frameworks, author test strategies and integrate tests with CI/CD pipelines.

With 5-8 years of testing and automation experience, you will collaborate with Agile teams, troubleshoot flaky tests, and help raise quality through functional and end-to-end testing, reporting metrics and defects.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in software testing and test automation.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright automation.
• Expertise in selectors, locators, assertions, waits, and fixtures.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and version control.
• Knowledge of API testing and web application testing.

Responsibilities

• Design test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
