Job summary

Sagitec Solutions is looking for an experienced Platform Implementation Architect to drive the technical design and implementation of enterprise applications built on our Xelence low-code platform.

This is a hands-on architecture role where you'll work closely with delivery, product, QA, and platform teams to define scalable solution approaches, establish reusable implementation patterns, and mentor engineering teams across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 9-14 years of experience in enterprise software development and solution architecture.
• Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, design patterns, and enterprise app architecture.
• Experience designing scalable enterprise applications and reviewing technical solutions.
• Strong experience in REST APIs, system integration, and application architecture.
• Ability to identify technical risks, perform impact analysis, and recommend practical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with experience collaborating across technical and business teams.
• Ability to mentor engineering teams and drive technical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Define solution architecture and technical implementation strategies for Xelence-based enterprise applications.
• Guide engineering teams on Forms, Rules, BPM, workflows, integrations, and platform capabilities.
• Review technical designs to ensure scalability, maintainability, and alignment with platform standards.
• Lead technical discussions during critical project phases and support complex implementation scenarios.
• Create reusable implementation patterns, reference architectures, and technical guidelines.
• Mentor senior engineers and delivery teams on best practices and architecture decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, Platform, and Delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Participate in client-facing technical discussions when required.

What We're Looking For

• Experience with Low-Code / No-Code enterprise platforms.
• Exposure to Forms, Rules Engine, BPM, or Workflow‑based applications.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, Correspondence, Reports, and enterprise workflows.
• Domain experience in Pension, Insurance, Banking, Payroll, Financial Services, or similar enterprise applications.
• Experience creating reusable frameworks, implementation patterns, or reference architectures.
• Experience working with global or client‑facing engineering teams.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• MCA or equivalent qualification is also acceptable.
