Job summary

Social Hr Pune is seeking a seasoned software professional for a Pune-based role focused on Xelence implementations and enterprise applications. You will guide teams, develop reference patterns, and ensure first-time-right delivery across projects.

You will actively contribute hands-on with C#, .NET/ASP.NET, SQL Server, JavaScript, HTML, XML, and related technologies, review designs, collaborate across delivery teams, and help enable developers with reusable patterns.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of software development experience in enterprise applications.
• Strong hands-on experience in C#, .NET/ASP.NET, SQL Server, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and XML.
• Strong understanding of OOPS concepts, SOLID principles, UI design fundamentals, and clean coding practices.
• Good understanding of application design, data flow, workflow-based systems, and integration touchpoints.
• Ability to analyze complex implementation issues and recommend practical, maintainable solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across teams and interact with clients when needed.

Key Responsibilities

1. Xelence Implementation Excellence
   Support correct and effective usage of Xelence Forms, Rules, BPM, and related platform capabilities across NeoSpin implementations.
   Guide teams on approved implementation approaches, reusable patterns, and platform-aligned design practices.
   Build and validate reference implementations, reusable components, and working examples for common implementation scenarios.
   Help improve consistency, maintainability, and first‑time‑right delivery across project implementations.
2. Hands‑On Technical Contribution
   Perform hands‑on design, development, configuration, and debugging during key implementation milestones.
   Work with C#, .NET/ASP.NET, SQL Server, JavaScript, HTML, XML, and related technologies.
   Apply strong object‑oriented design, SOLID principles, and practical UI design fundamentals.
   Support complex implementation scenarios involving forms, business rules, workflows, data handling, and integrations.
3. Solution Design and Technical Review
   Engage early in important design and integration areas to support sound technical decisions.
   Review implementation approaches for maintainability, scalability, performance, and platform fit.
   Perform impact analysis for proposed changes and highlight technical risks with practical options.
   Collaborate with platform architects, product teams, QA, and delivery teams on solution alignment.
4. Cross‑Team Collaboration
   Work closely with delivery teams during planning, design, development, testing, and stabilization phases as needed.
   Partner with QA, product, platform, and implementation teams to improve solution quality and delivery predictability.
   Participate in client‑facing technical discussions when required, including interactions with US‑based clients.
   Communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical stakeholders on solution options, trade‑offs, and next steps.
5. Reusable Patterns and Developer Enablement
   Document proven approaches, implementation notes, reusable examples, and troubleshooting guidance.
   Help delivery teams become self‑sufficient in using Xelence capabilities correctly and confidently.
   Identify opportunities to simplify implementation practices and improve developer productivity.

Required Skills and Experience

• 6-8 years of software development experience, preferably in enterprise application development.
• Strong hands‑on experience in C#, .NET/ASP.NET, SQL Server, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and XML.
• Strong understanding of OOPS concepts, SOLID principles, UI design fundamentals, and clean coding practices.
• Good understanding of application design, data flow, workflow‑based systems, and integration touchpoints.
• Ability to analyze complex implementation issues and recommend practical, maintainable solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across teams and interact with clients when needed.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of Forms, Rules, and BPM in low‑code/model‑driven enterprise platforms.
• Experience with Correspondence, Reports, Interfaces, Files, APIs, or workflow‑heavy business applications.
• Exposure in Pension, Insurance, Payroll, Banking, Accounting, or similar enterprise business domains.
• Experience creating reusable implementation patterns, technical notes, or developer guidance.

Education

BE / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline, or MCA. First Class preferred.

Location and Work Expectations

Pune‑based role. Flexible working hours may be required during key project phases, critical releases, or client interactions. Must be comfortable working across multiple teams and priorities.
