Job summary

Source-Right is seeking a Platform Software Engineer (CE70SI RM 4524) with 5+ years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in computer science to work from office in India. The role emphasizes strong C programming, DO-178C knowledge, and testing of RTOS or hypervisor-based embedded systems.

The candidate will develop black-box tests, translate DO-178C requirements into procedures, and design system-level scenarios including performance and latency tests. Immediate joining is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Black-Box test for RTOS/Hypervisor products
• Translate requirements and DO-178C DAL-A objectives into test procedures and scripts.
• Design and implement system-level scenarios: thread/process performance, context switching, IPC, device driver latency, resource isolation, and stress/limit tests.
• Validate compliance using only externally observable behaviors and interfaces.
• Work with certification, architecture, and white-box test for full safety/security coverage.
• Analyze and report system defects, support root cause analysis.
• Build automated test suites for scalable regression
