Job summary

Trigent Software is seeking an experienced Platform Software Engineer Embedded C / RTOS in an onsite role in Pune/Ahmedabad. The position demands 7+ years of overall experience with 5+ years in relevant embedded testing, focusing on RTOS and hypervisor-based platforms for aerospace applications.

You will develop and execute black-box tests, translate DO-178C DAL-A objectives into test procedures, assess thread performance, IPC, and latency, and contribute to automated regression test suites.

Qualifications

• Strong C programming and debugging skills.
• Experience testing RTOS/Hypervisor-based embedded systems.
• Knowledge of black-box and white-box verification.
• Understanding of DO-178C DAL-A objectives.
• Experience in system-level testing, defect analysis, and debugging.

The candidate will develop and execute black-box tests for aerospace platforms, support DO-178C compliance, analyze system defects, and build automated regression test suites.
