Job summary

TVS Motor in Hosur seeks a Platform Leader to own end-to-end development and execution of a vehicle platform across multiple products. You will lead Product Leaders and cross-functional teams to meet QCD targets, drive platform architecture, commonality, modularity, and future technology deployment.

The role demands strong leadership, portfolio planning, and collaboration with PMO, Marketing, Quality, Sourcing, and Manufacturing to ensure successful platform programs.

Qualifications

• Education Qualification: Bachelor/Master in Mechanical, Automotive or Mechatronics Engineering
• Project Management/System Engineering certification preferred
• Required Experience: 10-15 years in Automotive NPD, Platform Development and Vehicle Integration
• Internal and External Interactions: Internal - Marketing, PMO, Quality, Manufacturing, CoCs; External - Suppliers, Technology partners, Testing agencies
