Job summary

TVS Motor in Hosur invites an experienced Platform Leader to own end-to-end development and execution of the vehicle platform, coordinating multiple products and leading Product Leaders to achieve QCD targets.

You will define and own the platform roadmap, drive architecture, integration and innovation, and collaborate with PMO, Marketing, Quality, Sourcing and Manufacturing. Requires 10–15 years in Automotive NPD and PM/Systems Engineering certification.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in Automotive NPD, platform development and vehicle integration.
• PM/Systems Engineering certification preferred.
• Bachelor or Master in Mechanical, Automotive or Mechatronics.
