This role focuses on scalable architecture, reliable delivery, regulatory compliance, and team leadership in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage engineering teams
• Drive Agile ceremonies and delivery timelines
• Oversee platform integrations and releases
• Ensure code quality, automation, and reliability
• Handle production escalations and RCA
• Collaborate on system architecture and scalability
• Enforce regulatory, security, and compliance standards
• Promote CI/CD, DevOps, and containerization best practices

Must‑Have Skills
