Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead cross‑functional teams delivering high‑availability, low‑latency, and scalable platforms. This role requires strong people leadership combined with hands‑on technical guidance in cloud‑native and distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor backend (Java), frontend, mobile, and QA teams
• Drive delivery of scalable, reliable, and zero‑downtime systems
• Oversee architecture decisions and platform integrations
• Lead Agile delivery, incident management, and release planning
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and engineering standards
• Promote DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud‑native practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in team leadership
• Strong expertise in Java, AWS, microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Experience with distributed systems, SQL databases, and event‑driven architectures
• Proven experience working in Agile and DevOps environments

Preferred Skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic mindset with system‑scaling experience
• Exposure to AI/ML integrations is a plus
