Job summary

JK Agri Genetics in India is seeking a Plant Operations Lead to oversee large-scale seed processing, drive efficiency, and ensure timely output. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize throughput and safeguard quality across processes.

You will also lead the workforce, enforce safety standards, and push automation initiatives to improve overall plant performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale seed processing operations to ensure productivity, quality, and timely output delivery.
• Drive capacity utilization, cost control, and operational efficiency across plant activities.
• Ensure full quality, statutory, and safety compliance across processing operations.
• Strengthen inventory accuracy, traceability, and stock management systems.
• Lead process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance plant performance.
• Ensure on-time dispatch and delivery performance as per production and customer schedules.
• Manage and develop plant workforce to achieve consistent operational targets.
