Job summary

PERSOL in Shameerpet, Telangana, seeks an Operations Specialist Push to oversee seed processing, ensure quality compliance, and manage SAP-based order handling between production and warehouse.

You will lead conditioning, packing, scheduling, and continuous improvement initiatives, training contract staff and driving Lean, Six Sigma and 5S improvements to meet daily targets and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Agriculture.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or seed operations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ERP (PP/MM/QM).
• Team-oriented with problem-solving mindset and ability to lead improvements.

Responsibilities

• Seed Processing: Oversee conditioning, packing, and handling of seeds.
• Order Scheduling: Prioritize and monitor process orders in line with daily targets.
• SAP ERP: Post confirmations, manage GI/GR transactions, and maintain accurate records.
