Job summary

The Recruiters in Pune seeks a Diploma/BE Electrical candidate with 8–15 years of plant maintenance experience to lead preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot breakdowns, and monitor plant utilities. You will ensure equipment uptime and supervise technicians across electrical systems.

Responsibilities include managing electrical spares, conducting RCA/CAPA investigations, and driving TPM/5S/Kaizen while maintaining strict EHS/LOTO compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma/BE Electrical with 8–15 years of plant maintenance experience.
• Expertise in electrical systems, preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Experience with RCA/CAPA and EHS/LOTO compliance.
