PAREKH is seeking a Plant Incharge for our Gujarat facility. The role focuses on monitoring orders and dispatches, enforcing company policies, and ensuring optimal use of WMS and TMS systems within set timelines.

The candidate should have 2–3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing/plant operations, with skills in inventory control, safety compliance, 5S, and basic Excel. Graduation in any field is acceptable.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2–3 years in a supervisory or team handling role in manufacturing/plant.
• Experience with inventory control, safety compliance, and 5S.
• Proficiency in basic Excel.
• Graduation in any stream.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and track all orders and dispatches.
• Ensure discipline and adherence to company policies by all team members.
• Utilize WMS & TMS systems within agreed timelines.
• Conduct activity audits, identify risks, and share reports with superiors.
• Train team members and implement revised or new QMS processes.
• Achieve EHS objectives and ensure compliance & statutory matters.
• Log non-conformities and service complaints; develop CAPA accordingly.
• Maintain records as per SOP: control of records.
• Liaise with principal company and internal team on operations and admin.

Job Description Plant Incharge

Role & responsibilities -

• Responsible for monitoring of all orders and dispatches.
• Ensuring discipline and adherence to company policies by all team members.
• Ensuring complete usage of WMS & TMS applications within agreed timelines.
• Responsible for conducting activity audits, identifying risks involved in operations, and sharing reports with superiors.
• Responsible for training team members and implementation of revised or new QMS processes
• Responsible for achievement of EHS objectives, compliance & statutory matters as per guideline.
• Responsible to record every Non-Conformities in NC log as well as every service complaint in complaint log and develop appropriate CAPA for same.
• Responsible for ensuring record keeping as per SOP: control of records
• Liaisoning & coordinating with the principal company and internal team for all operational and administrative matters.

Preferred candidate profile -

Candidate should have at least 2-3 year of experience in supervisory or team handling role in manufacturing/plant.

Skills - Inventory control, Safety compliance, 5S, Basic Excel.

Qualification Any Graduation.
