Job summary

PI Industries Ltd is seeking a Shift In-charge/Executive Production to oversee daily operations in the Production department of the CSM Agchem division. The role focuses on achieving shift production targets, monitoring process variance, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth, safe, and compliant production with proper SOP adherence.

The incumbent will lead floor discipline, coordinate with services, and ensure product quality, packaging standards, and a safe working environment while safeguarding

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
• 4–8 years of experience in chemical industries
• Experience in Agrochemical/Bulk drug sector

Responsibilities

• To ensure good administration and discipline on the floor as per prevailing Philosophy.
• To ensure the targeted production with minimum down time.
• To ensure quality of product and packaging in the shift.
• To ensure no misoperation and unsafe act/practices in the shift.
• To coordinate with services dept. for prompt and effective execution.
• To take care of the health of man, machine and personnel on the floor.
• To ensure that no odour in the Plant and surroundings and working environment is conducive for carrying the assigned jobs.

Operational Responsibilities

Financial Responsibilities

• No material loss due to misoperation should occur.
• No productivity loss due to negligence.

• Ensure smooth working of the shift to achieve high productivity and safety level
• Encourage supervisors/operators to participate in suggestion scheme
