Job summary

People Pro Consulting is seeking an experienced Plant HR professional to lead Industrial Relations, union management and labour law compliance in a manufacturing setting. The role targets 13–19 years of experience with a CTC in the 10–14 LPA range, based in Pune/Ahmednagar, and offers leadership across HR and IR within a global manufacturing context.

You will work closely with plant leadership to drive workforce strategies, resolve disputes and ensure regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial relations for a manufacturing setup.
• Strong understanding of union management and labour laws.
• Ability to ensure compliance and policies in a plant environment.
