Sarthee Consultancy seeks a Human Resource & People Operations Manager for a mid-sized textile & apparel firm. The role focuses on stakeholder management, employee engagement, recruitment coordination, plant HR operations and welfare activities.

The candidate should possess MBA in HR and have a minimum of 13 years of HR experience, preferably in textile/apparel environments. This is an on-site opportunity located in Mumbai, India.
